Our Take: Lake Toba or Danau Toba is located in the heart of Sumatra. It's is the largest volcanic lake on the planet. The majority of Sumatran coffee is grown in the breathtaking highlands around this lake. World-famous coffees such as Mandehling and Lintong come from here. Insight of the topographical and ecological conditions of the coffee origins, create environmental conditions coupled with sociopolitical conditions illuminating production infrastructure. This single-origin maybe be for the more adventurous, but if you are a coffee lover, our Sumatran Craft Coffee won't disappoint.
