Roast: Medium
What We Taste: Caramel, honey, and fruit.
Our Take: Coffee grown in Papua New Guinea is like a half-sibling to Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, whereas they divvy up some striking similarities. Both are Arabica Typica beans and both produce lower levels of caffeine. The majority of coffee grown in PNG was originally from Blue Mountain Coffee beans. Because of the inherent cooler higher climates of PNG, Arabica Typica beans when cultivated, are not as dark as the Arabica Robusta beans. Because of this, you're getting a well-balanced, full-bodied cup with medium acidity. You will fall in love with our Papua New Guinea Craft coffee.
